Chef Ericks presentation of his dishes is also a work of art . People before beginning to taste something often take a photo first ! Lina Rodriguez owner of Papillon is a multitalented woman , professional photographer, musician and singer she is also trying to open her studio to have cultural events. Hopefully when the pandemic is over Lina will once again be able to combine her love of good food and culture . Highly recommended. ”
